I. CSSF reporting

As of December 1^st 2025, the number of periodic reporting to CSSF will be reduced.
The U1.1 report will be modified to introduce more granularity in the shareclass, profit & loss sections.

• Interest on loans, bank and other interest-bearing accounts

• ‍Other expenses

The K3.1 & O4.1 will be discontinued

II. BCL reporting

As of December 1^st 2025, the threshold for BCL report will be lowered from 500 millions to 300 millionsThe BCL introduced the following modifications to their reports

• S4.4 a new yearly report breaking down the countries of marketing for the unit/shares (Source: BCL S4.4);
  
• S2.20 a new quarterly report for NAF funds – it is the same report as the U11 report (Source: BCL S2.20);
  
• TPTOBS addition of LEI & National identifier for all Fixed Income & Equity positions without an ISIN (e.g. RCS number for Luxembourg)
  
• S2.13 addition of granularity to Deposits, Non-Financial assets & Accrued Interest for Asset side and Borrowings – Revolving Loans for Liabilities
