Software Engineer Manager – Web team (f/m)

Your mission

Manage the web development team
Coordinate, plan & prioritize task for the team projects
Understand the technical challenge of the team and coordinate with tech lead to choose the best solution
Improve team efficiency: best practice, automation, continuous improvement

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering or similar field
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Expertise in system architecture, 3-tier application, client-facing Saas product, continuous software delivery
Leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Eager to do technical watch
