Junior Office Manager (F/M)

your mission

  • Accounting administration, including data entry, invoice processing, payment follow-up.
  • Physical and telephone reception.
  • Administrative management.
  • Travel management.
  • Stock Management.
  • Internal and external event organisation.

your profile

  • First relevant experience in an administrative role and/or as an Executive Assistant, including exposure to basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Fluency in French and strong command of English. Other languages are appreciated.
  • You are familiar with the Office package, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
