AlphaOmega is constantly growing since its creation and serving multiple clients in Europe.

In order to support our development, AlphaOmega is looking for the ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity as:

Director – Fund Registration (f/m)

Your mission

Initial fund registration in targeted distribution countries
Monitor registration applications
Maintain marketing authorisation in each targeted country
File legal fund documentation with regulatory authorities in source and host countries
Update legal documentation and monitor regulatory changes with our legal team

Your profile

Master’s degree in Finance or Law
At least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision
Strong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to understand and analyse requests andpropose durable solutions
