Client Relationship Manager (F/M)

Your mission

Within our Data Management team, you will be involved in various projects and missions, such as:
‍‍‍‍

Monitor existing and new relationships with the customers for whom you will be responsible
Receive, process and respond to customer requests, inquiries, and amendments, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with the relevant departments
Understand customer needs and requirements in order to identify sales opportunities accordingly
Contribute to the development of profitability and the evolution of our value proposition

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Sales or related field
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally with an asset manager, fund distributor, investment services provider or fund platform
Knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision, others languages are appreciated
Curious, proactive, creative, resourceful, willing to learn

Additional requirements
