Founded in 2017, AlphaOmega is a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up based in Luxembourg which provides fund registration, regulatory reporting and dissemination services.
AlphaOmega is constantly growing since its creation and serving multiple clients in Europe.

In order to support our development, AlphaOmega is looking for the ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity as:

Business Development Manager/Director (f/m)

Your mission

  • Manage and lead regional business development activities to generate new revenue
  • Set-up and attend business meetings
  • Understand the capability, benefits, and competitive advantages of     AlphaOmega’s services by identifying new business through research
  • In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities
  • Appropriately manage client expectations in conjunction with the  Production Management Team
  • Use the CRM tool (Salesforce) in order to create all the new leads and their contacts, log the potential actions done, etc
  • Promote and boost AlphaOmega via social media and develop an effective understanding of the capabilities, benefits and competitive advantages of our company

Your profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Excellent English/French communication skills (written and verbal) and others languages are appreciated
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Fund industry
  • Proven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills: curiosity, proactivity, creativity, etc
